I got this advisory two days ago…
Globe Advisory: Effective December 6, NTC will require all mobile networks to implement the new per pulse charging scheme versus current 1 minute/pulse. Prescribed max unit of billing for voice calls is 6 seconds/pulse. We will release new call rates once NTC approves. For inquiries, call 211 toll-free via Globe mobile.
